藏匿于校园里的诗情画意

01颂雅楼

Auster Building

中文名‘在兮’取自笛卡尔“我思故我在”，鼓励学生们主动感知、勇于思考；

英文名Boreas，古希腊神话中的“北风之神”，表示这是教学楼北楼，其首个字母B，呼应学校建筑编号中的“B楼”。

‘Zai Xi’ is taken from Descartes’ famous line:

 ‘I think, therefore I am’,  which aims to encourage students to perceive and think.

Boreas, the English name of the teaching building, means ‘The God of the North Wind’ in ancient Greek mythology. Boreas Building is in the teaching building in the northern part of the school. The first letter ‘B’ also corresponds to ‘Building B’ in the school building codes.

03羲和居| 望舒居

“羲和”，传说中的日神，也被认为是中国古代最早的天文学家和历法制订者。“望舒”，月亮驾车之神，亦称月神。星、月意象体现着探索宇宙的精神；公寓楼一东一西“日神”朝东，太阳升起的方向；

英文名Helius、Selene，分别为古希腊神话中的日神和月神。

We use ‘sun and moon deities’ as the name of the accommodation. In the Chinese legend, the name of the sun deity is ‘Xihe’. She is considered the earliest Chinese astronomer and calendar maker. The moon deity, ‘Wangshu’, is a god living on the moon.

The reason why we use celestial bodies as the names for the buildings is to encourage students to explore the universe. Moreover, the ‘Xihe’ building faces east, which is the direction where the sun rises.

Helius and Selene are also the names of the sun and moon deities in ancient Greek mythology. Thus, we use them as the English name of the accommodation.

规量体育馆|晖光剧场

   Gallant Gymnasium

Halo Theatre

来自三国时期著名诗人曹植诗句“同天地之规量兮，齐日月之晖光”，意为顺天地规律而行，映日月之辉光。

体育馆英文名Gallant，勇敢的，健美的；

剧场英文名Halo，光环成晕。

The names of the school gymnasium and theatre are inspired by the famous saying of the poet Cao Zhi. The sentence ‘The rules of the same heaven and the earth, the radiance of the sun and the moon’ means walking following the rules of heaven and earth and reflecting the light of the sun and moon. Thus, we use ‘rule and light’ as their Chinese names and ‘Gallant’ and ‘Halo’ as their English names.

05时间之册

Library

中文名“时间之册”，书是凝固了的时间，最是惜时多阅读。校图书馆建在空中连廊的两层，形态上有点像汉字“册”；英文名就叫Library，简洁明了。

We named the school library ‘Book of Time’ because we believe that books record time. As time flies, people should know how to cherish it. The school library is built on the sky corridor, and the shape of the corridor is similar to the character pattern ‘Book’ in Chinese.

慕山食堂|安 · 咖啡

  Hill Canteen

Ann Café

两个餐饮场地，因共同的“安托山”这一地标元素而连在了一起。取“山”取“安”，向所在社区安托山致意。

Two canteens were named after the landmark ‘Antuo Hills’, where the school is located. We use ‘Hills’ and ‘Ann’ to pay tribute to Antuo Hills in the community.

A+画廊A+ Gallery，采用字母命名，现代简约，也含有对学子成绩的祝福。

The A+ Gallery takes its name from the letter ‘A’, which represents students’ achievements.
